Where are you deepest, and where are you thinnest? (By position or by skill — scoring, rebounding, ball-handling, etc.) *

Describe your three best players. Be specific about what they do well and what limits them — this is where honest self-scouting matters most. *

Who are your assistant coaches, and what is their basketball background?

Which assistants can you trust with real on-court responsibility (running a drill, coaching a position group, in-game adjustments)? vs. which are essentially additional bodies you can't yet delegate to. Name names — this shapes what we can build into your practice plan. *

Why that number? What's driving the rating — leadership on the roster, past-season carryover, returning players' attitude, a specific individual, etc.? A number alone doesn't tell us much; the reasoning does. *

What are your goals for this team this season? (Be as specific as possible — a record, a seed, a conference finish, a skill benchmark. "Improve" isn't a goal we can build a plan around.) *

What are your goals for the program looking toward next season? (Roster development, culture, system installation, etc.) *

List three things you already know your team needs to improve on. *
